I noticed the problem on my porpoise, but did not bug report it. And for me, it was during the first couple cycles. It seemed to go away after a short amount of time. I have not been out in my porpoise today, so I don't know of it still exists.

OP - sent your name to our corp recruiter, he will be getting in touch with you. We have mining fleets going across alliance space most of the time, and you can usually find one or two people who just want to team up, especially if there are boosts.
